Our approach to concrete patios can be overly simple. There are people out there that are going to come to us, and literally say I want the patio to cover this area it’s a perfect square and get that done. You can bet that we’ll be able to start prepping the area to subsequently pour the concrete virtually on the spot. We’d also like people to know that you have a lot more freedom with your patio than you think. In fact, you have a lot more freedom typically with your patio than you do with your driveway or other areas. Your HOA may be snooping around more on the front of your house than the back.
What Type of An Area Do You Want To Create?
We just established that you typically have more freedom with your patio. Some people come to us and let us know that they want the surface to cover a very specific area because they are going to add a pergola over the top of it to create an ultimate outdoor area. Other people let us know that they are sick of gardening so they just want a full concrete back area. There are a ton of things that we can do for you.
Is There Something Already There That You Want To Keep?
At times we arrive in homes where there’s a flower garden made with a retaining wall in place, and there’s maybe even a pool deck. So our goal is to be able to create a patio that covers the remaining spots without altering what’s already placed. On top of that we can make sure that we add finish that allows the new patio to match the look of the other areas that are already there. So you can’t see that one part was made after the others.
Get Creative With The Finish
You don’t have to stick with the traditional gray concrete look. We know that plenty of homes have patios that are just gray concrete blobs. That’s mainly because the developer who built the homes in that area really didn’t care too much about the outdoor spot. No problem though, we can add a unique finish to the concrete patio surface. Whether it be through a stained or stamped concrete procedure. To help you put that unique or personal finishing touch on your patio.
